After designing Heritage’s logo and stationery system, I further enhanced their brand and identity by creating a unique brochure. The key objective was to get away from the usual “staggered-floor-plans-stuck-in-a-pocket-folder” approach. I wanted everything tied together into one, clean, foldout solution. By combining the logo, heritage and settler’s imagery (collage illustration), I designed the cover to tuck into the top corner. When you unfold the piece, the amenities and floor plans are revealed to tell the story.
